Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of the Kadin Work Abroad platform. By creating an account, applying to a job, enrolling in a course, or submitting a hiring inquiry, you agree to these terms.

1. About the platform

Kadin Work Abroad is a mediation platform connecting Indonesian migrant-worker candidates, licensed placement agencies (P3MI), and employers. We are not a placement agency and not an employer. Placement is carried out by P3MI agencies under Indonesian Law No. 18/2017 on the Protection of Indonesian Migrant Workers.

2. Listing data sources & verification status

  • Listings are sourced from official BP2MI placement data and/or posted by P3MI agencies.
  • Each agency's Kadin verification status is shown as it is (verified, pending, not yet verified, or suspended). The “Verified by Kadin” label only appears when a real verification has taken place.
  • We work to keep data accurate, but listing details (salary, openings, validity) can change at the source. Unavailable information is shown as “Not provided” — never filled with guesses.
  • The platform does not guarantee you a job and does not guarantee the outcome of any application.

3. Accounts

  • Candidates register with a phone number and OTP code. Keep access to your phone secure; activity through your account is your responsibility.
  • You must provide truthful data. False data can lead to rejected applications or account closure.
  • P3MI staff and Admins sign in with email and password through access granted by Kadin.

4. Fees

  • Registering, applying, and using this platform is FREE for candidates.
  • Under BP2MI regulations many job types are exempt from placement fees. Never pay anyone claiming to “speed up” the process.
  • Report suspicious payment requests via the “Report suspicious listing” button or the Contact page.

5. Applications & mediation

  • When you apply, your profile and screening answers are shared ONLY with the P3MI agency handling that job.
  • Employers do not receive your personal data from the platform; the entire process is mediated by the P3MI.
  • Selection, interviews, contracts, and placement are carried out by the P3MI and the employer — not by the platform.

6. Training

Course-session enrolment is subject to seat availability and each session's terms (fees, schedule, Kadin regional office location). Cancellation and refund terms follow the terms of the specific session.

7. Prohibited use

  • Providing false data or impersonating another party.
  • Posting or spreading fake listings, charging illegal fees, or broker (calo) practices.
  • Accessing data you are not entitled to or interfering with platform security.

8. Limitation of liability

The platform is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Kadin Work Abroad is not liable for losses arising from the employment relationship between you and an employer/P3MI, hiring decisions, or changes to data at the official source. This does not reduce rights you hold under mandatory law.

9. Account closure

You can request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice and reasons.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first addressed through good-faith consultation.
