EPS Program

South Korea

The Employment Permit System (EPS) is a government-to-government scheme — coordinated in Indonesia with BP2MI — that places workers into Korean industries under standardised, protective contracts.

Overview

Because EPS is run government-to-government, there are no private recruitment fees to brokers: candidates pass the EPS-TOPIK Korean test, join the official roster, and are matched to Korean employers under a standard contract.

Kadin supports your Korean-language preparation for EPS-TOPIK and helps you understand each step so you can avoid the illegal middlemen this scheme is designed to remove.

Who it's for

  • Aged 18–39 and in good health
  • Able to reach the required EPS-TOPIK Korean level
  • No record that would bar a Korean work visa
  • Ready for manual / industrial work

What's included

  • Korean language preparation for EPS-TOPIK at Kadin regional offices
  • Guidance through official BP2MI registration and rostering
  • Clear, fee-transparent process — no illegal broker charges
  • Pre-departure orientation and case tracking
