Overview

SSW recognises workers who pass a sector skills test together with a Japanese-language test (JFT-Basic or JLPT N4). It is a genuine work visa — not an internship — with a salary paid under Japanese labour law.

Kadin supports the language and test preparation, then places you through a licensed P3MI so the terms of your contract are clear before you travel.

  • Aged 18+ and in good health
  • Able to reach Japanese level JFT-Basic / JLPT N4
  • Prepared to pass the relevant sector skills test
  • Relevant experience or aptitude for the chosen sector
