Five checks before signing
One: base salary and deductions written as figures, not verbal promises. Two: working hours and overtime rules made explicit. Three: accommodation and meals — who covers what. Four: itemized placement costs; many job types are exempt from fees under BP2MI rules. Five: resignation and return procedures, including who pays for the ticket.
A good contract answers all five without you asking. A contract vague on even one point deserves questions before signing.
Never pay unclear fees
Offers demanding quick payment "before the quota runs out" follow a broker pattern. Every legitimate cost has a written breakdown and a receipt. When in doubt, use the report button on the job page — reports are confidential.
