Kadin Work Abroad is the implementation of the Pekerja Migran Gotong Royong program — one of Kadin Indonesia's 4 Quick Wins — connecting workers, licensed P3MI agencies, and overseas employers in one legal, transparent, broker-free ecosystem.
Under Presidential Decree No. 18/2022, Kadin Indonesia is the government's strategic partner in strengthening the national economy — towards Indonesia Emas 2045.

International training & certification
With TÜV Rheinland and BNSP competency certification, technical and language training happens domestically through regional Kadin chapters — recognised in 56 countries.
Integrated recruitment system
Listings come from official BP2MI data and are routed through licensed P3MI agencies in one system connected to KP2MI — transparent and auditable.
Departing as full employees
Candidates depart as full employees on standard wages — not interns. Contracts, deductions, and rights are shown openly before signing.
End-to-end protection
Agency verification, tracked application status, and a confidential reporting channel keep the process safe from brokers.
